Best - User Experience Designer INLOOPX Employee Review

I have found a perfect match here for me - if you have an experience with corporate environment, this is the exact opposite of that. + individual approach (they care how you feel) + open culture (they really want to make people happy in their work and they are open for feedback anytime) + space for personal growth and education + individual language lessons for everybody + great people + fun in work + knowledge sharing + space for self-realization + they really trust in their employees and you can feel it in everything + absolutely freedom in organizing of your working time + focused on results (not on time spent on your tasks) + no useless processes or tools

I can not find anything

I've been working for INLOOPX more than 2 years. I must admit it is the greatest work experience so far. In company you are accompanied by experts and awesome people. We are not only tech nerds but also funny guys. The pros are: - awesome technically skilled people - no top down structure (talk to CEO directly if you would like to, literally about anything) - benefits (sport, food, coffee, conferences) - regular technical meetings and parties - home office / work from anywhere (you can even spend months away)

I consider there are no cons right now.
