Pros
If you never worked in a lab and have a college degree, they will hire you. Don't work here if you have any lab experience!!! You are better off waiting. Fun other young employees for the most part but anyone with half a mind leaves after a year
Cons
Most things! Pay is horrible and they don't give raises based on performance which is insane. I am currently doing more work than the senior lab staff and they refused to even ask for a raise from HR. AVOID if you can!!!
