Pros
Benefits are equal to current standards for a Biotech company. People are very uptight and anxious due to extreme work load and constant blaming. But insurance is good.
Cons
Not a friendly environment to work in. Management try to prove and show results to owner without proper train their employees, Vacation time was giving to supervisors but not a backup plan for the new employees that just arrived. They like to blame rather than support, train and promote. Need new Management for sure. Who can implement a employee excellence program. Supervisors expect you ask question when you already in trouble rather than support and guide you. This is a company mentality for what I've saw. I've been working for 2 months and I resigned due lack of professionalism. No proper train. Expect be ready withing 2 months or they start harassing you with "You been here over 2 months..."
