As a employee you been treated as a nobody non existent "it", mangers particularly from risk analyst dept very abusive and bullying, being treated as a doormat, you been exposed to a very abusive customers and had no right to refuse serve them. HR only represents the company and the abusive managers not employees. You being talked as you are a child not a adult, very very toxic company culture. Since this is a family company some people being treated as "favorites" and not work as much as the rest and gets to the point that you been burnt out. Terribly heavy work loads (entry level) yet no help from manager of how to train you properly only high demands. Very micromanaging place --stay away from the company if you don't want to get mentally sick.
