Pros

Nice view out of the window

Cons

There's always a difference between what a job's advertised as and what it's really like but I've never known such a gap as here. For a start you're not a journalist - you type in key words that get autofilled. That's not journalism, it's data entry. The supposed flexible work arrangements mean you work when they tell you to and four hour shifts mean it's hardly worth going in, especially for the low pay. Training is sparse then you get told off when you do something wrong. Working from home is only for those whose face fits and have access to an unreasonable amount of private tech. The much-vaunted free food is typical unhealthy student fare - pot noodles, cereals, cheap juice . The work is intense and the pay barely above minimum wage. Nobody wears masks, there's no hand sanitiser. And during the course of the day you will hear nobody talking, nobody so much as smiling. A strange, unpleasant place to work.
