      -friendly collegues -low risks -free shedule -fast skill improvement -comfortable office -high starter salary -offers for students -placed in the city center

      Cons

      -low salary increasement rate -no other Java developers to cooperate -need to work through VDI. It`s very slow and full of lags -weak social package

      Pros

      Initially it seemed a bunch with a fresh business approach, aggressive and results oriented. Lots of young people, no formal clothing or behaviour. Lot of place to grow up. Independence encouraged. Nice space and location.

      Cons

      Business approach not so fresh after all, copied from the company where a lot of management worked before. A lot of nepotism, creative people not promoted, negative selection of staff. Less and less commercial project and more public funded projects with focus on quantity and papers and not on quality.
