Good place to work and skillup.

There are no cons that i know of.

Initially it seemed a bunch with a fresh business approach, aggressive and results oriented. Lots of young people, no formal clothing or behaviour. Lot of place to grow up. Independence encouraged. Nice space and location.

Business approach not so fresh after all, copied from the company where a lot of management worked before. A lot of nepotism, creative people not promoted, negative selection of staff. Less and less commercial project and more public funded projects with focus on quantity and papers and not on quality.
