The most conservative old boys network in NE - Account Manager INSPRO Insurance Employee Review

You get a bunch of outdated old boys who think they are better than everyone. The culture is toxic and it is not somewhere that is “open”. Very conservative and ethically disgusting. I cannot say how much I loathed working here. Expect the old boys to work you to the bone while they golf. The office manager is a hack who can’t sell insurance. Half the office should retire because the industry has passed them by ten years ago. Just a small agency trying to pretend they are big. Time to sell to someone who knows how to be profitable.
