Poor Management and Zero Growth Opportunities - Anonymous employee INTEGRATED MEDICAL SERVICES Employee Review

The management is TERRIBLE. There is an extreme lack of communication and focus only on making physicians happy. If you aren't a highly compensated employee, you will be treated terribly. They view everyone as replaceable. There is very high turnover and management doesn't seem to care. They think "if you're not happy, then leave." Well if so many people are unhappy, maybe there's a reason? Their business model is flawed and despite a recent partnership with Dignity Health, I see this company going downhill fast.
