Don’t care about nurse patient ratios More about pushing patients in and pushing patients out Don’t care about quality nursing care, always working short staffed My unit was forced to take patients it should not be taking and was told “you are going to take this patient” Managers don’t stick up for their staff, letting people who never come work or see the floor call the shots. Hired on in one unit but would float staff often with no change in pay for all the floating they do
