      Flexibility. Importance of mission, vision, values, and competencies. Size of the organization / perceived ease of moving around and moving up. Benefits

      Cons

      Team organization/structure, and somewhat of a lackluster welcoming environment. Challenging to build relationships; however, that is a part of every new job to an extent, so it's not necessarily a con of INTEGRIS, and this heavily varies team to team and person to person.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
