      Respiratory Therapists have a very important role with INTEGRIS. Certainly, there are times during the year with larger work loads. We encourage you to talk with your director to suggest solutions for when the workloads seem to be too large; perhaps creative scheduling/staffing. Thank you for your comments and review.

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
