      Pros

      Co-workers are fantastic, feels great to help people who need it most. Seeing patients succeed in their rehab goals is always satisfying.

      Cons

      Dumping patients in the unit with no concern for acuity, lack of staffing, or safety. Admitting patients with untreatable mental health conditions (dementia, general confusion).

      Pros

      I love my job, my leader and my co-workers! This Hospital is amazing and all of the people that work there are so kind and friendly! Great place to work!

      Pros

      Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

      Cons

      understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
