Pros

Most of the buildings look nice.

Cons

The insurance is awful and biased against mental health patients, when you leave they make you continue to pay for the crappy insurance that has a sky high deductible, but your coverage ends at the end of the month you are separated in, God forbid your quit or are fired towards the end of the month!! Management get bonuses for short staffing the units, it’s called “productivity” but it’s actually a license to overwork and burn out your staff!! They completely treat nurses as a non entity, there is NO NURSES WEEK AT INTEGRIS!! To save a couple of bucks they have employee week ONLY!! So they completely disregard their largest and hardest working group of employees!! They have completely unreasonable and unattainable standards for certain staff, and if you try to talk to anyone at HR you get scolded and belittled for not trying to be a perfect little robot. Love, Learn, Lead?!?!? I only saw that from staff, never ever management. Wish I could give the no stars for it all!

Pros

Pay was the only pro I can think of and that still was not that great.

Cons

understaffed, forced to take more patients than was told you would have to, no PTO, was made to work most holidays because so short staffed, micro managing at its finest and non-existant managers.
