Pros
Depending on your dept, your schedule can be pretty flexible. It really has more to do with your manager. You’re encouraged that if a dept doesn’t fit for you, explore other departments rather than giving up.
Cons
The CEO is all about making a profit and has taken away some of the benefits in order to make more money. He was willing to have hundreds of people furloughed during the pandemic but took a minuscule salary cut himself. Lots of “encouraging” words and no actions. Even grocery store employees receive hazard pay, but were required to work without proper safety equipment and still required to work even if we’ve been exposed to covid. Only once we have a fever are we allowed to stay home and unless we can prove we were exposed at work by being forced to work around sick patients without proper protection, will they send us home with pay.
