High standard of care, highest acuity pts in the state, great healthcare team to work with, lots of opportunities for challenges, growth and advancement.

Cons

CHEAPP. Never pay their employees appropriately.. always the last to implement pay raises, bonuses etc. Benefits suck.

Pros

My coworkers. Nursing shared governance. My unit leaders.

Cons

Nursing is not valued here. We do not have a voice at the senior level meaning the building at quail springs. Any time we have a strong nurse leader at corporate they get rid of them. I hear we are being acquired - I am hopeful it’s an organization that understands nurses contributions and that’s why people come to the hospital. We need a union I think because we need a voice.
