Pros
They wont fire you. Literally, people are sleeping on the toilets. Good parental leave plans. Office is close to the river.
Cons
1. The yearly evaluation system is mostly for show, Doesn't matter if you do everything and more in your goal sheet, they will always find a reason to cut you down. 2. They don't care about your mental health. Seen multiple colleagues get overworked, get sick leave and frankly scuffed when they get back to work. Example, if you had sick leave for more than a month, you wont get any vacation days next year. They will turn your evaluation to C, they will reduce your bonus by half. They don't offer a different division to work at when you return(allegedly this is only the first time, so if you go back into sick-leave again they might consider swapping division for you). 3. There is no way you are getting promoted. In 15 years or so, maybe.(all about limiting how fast you can move up their internal ABCDEFG ladder with 1-2-....-10 stages ladder, and you are only able to move 3 steps in the 10 step ladder a year(assuming you get 2 S somehow). 4. The CEO openly says he doesn't know anything about IT, but still don't listen to his employees. 5. They won't change their policies even if they know they are not working or unfair for the worker. 6. In case of a problem their first cause of action is blaming you, instead of helping you fixing the issue.
