If you are a good technologist and someone who can get the work done - Intersys is that workplace where you really can take control of your career and elevate yourself up the hierarchy as fast as you want. Compensation is really good.

1. Lesser than expected growth in the new client addition. 2. Due to a non-existent brand name, employees face visa-related issues however this is more of a USCIS issue. Management does whatever it can to help the employees.

When initial gig came to natural end, no one would return calls to me or my colleague in the same situation—even though we were their employees! They terminated us both for no cause rather than placing us with another client or on another project.
