      Lovely employees - lots of genuinely nice people

      Cons

      Terrible leadership team who are clueless and too busy building their own empires. Nepotism is rife. They go about diversity and inclusion and career progression but they pay lip service to it. Don't believe them!!! Salaries for junior and mid levels are very low. Minimal career progression.

      good platform for higher ed beginner to start.

      Cons

      More work added but not pay Unrealistic target for such a small team Compensation is not competitive in major cities Horrible high level management team
