Pros
None, honesty. Had to train myself, then trained multiple new hires over the next several years. No raise, half done reviews, expects employee to give their all, while they give nothing in return.
Cons
Hard work and effort go unrecognized - I’m not talking about just doing my regular job, that’s expected, but they don’t even appreciate let alone recognize extra effort and hard work. Treated like a abused step child forced to care for the new hires selected by managers that started after myself and used me as a trainer then launching the favorites into higher paying roles they aren’t qualified for leaving the more deserving work horse employees out to drift.
