Pros
Relatively flexible working hours, good benefits and good amount of annual leaves. Lots of team building and festive activities throughout the year.
Cons
Company restructuring occurs twice a year and they tend to let go of a lot of staff to cut costs. Tendency to replace full time staff with cheaper labour/vendors in places like Shanghai and Mumbai.
