Pros
Good place to get experience in almost any department but after a couple of years will likely want to move on unless fast tracked for promotions. If working out of the NJ office, flexible schedules seem the norm (i.e., work from home, time in / out of office). Opportunity for world travel if your position requires it. Compensation can be good depending what position you are hired for.
Cons
Company is still trying to transition to a growth / profit based organization and having challenges doing so. Hence, lots of re-organizations, layoffs due to outsourcing to Cognizant, and changes to corporate goals by SMT. Annual review process/raises/bonus payout (known as IPMS) is disappointing for most. Unless you are a favorite of an SLT manager, you will likely get a "Meets Expectations" no matter what work you do.
