Pros
Joined in July. Really fun place to work, great culture, supportive colleagues, flat organization so you can make a big impact. Incredibly talented and approachable new management team. They are very open to new ideas. Company is on a roll, gaining market share. What's not to like?
Cons
Some people don't like change, and the new management team has brought a lot of it, which has proved to be great for the business, but there have been some layoffs. INTTRA's rating is probably artificially low based on disgruntlement of people who were let go. For the most part, those who are here are very excited about what's going on.
