This company is a total mess. There’s no real structure, the office politics are exhausting, and it makes no sense how people are hired or why they get paid what they do. They blatantly lie to clients, claiming they have a big team on a project when it’s actually just one person doing all the work. The management is incredibly lazy and unprofessional, yet they love to brag about having a "family culture"—even though they don't show an ounce of respect to the loyal employees who helped them build the business from day one.
