Pros

Great facilities and parking in a desirable location

Cons

Everything else. Literally everything else is negative. Toxic infighting between the family of owners and senior management that trickles down to grief for the employees, including ridiculous and mean-spirited random rule changes like that one time they told all the employees they had to park in the parking lot at the end of the street across from the building to "make more room for the customers of the other businesses". It was literally half a block away in winter time. Ridiculous. Then the patriarch of the companies moved everyone in INVO into super tight quarters on one floor while covid was still happening and everyone got sick. The same patriarch randomly came around the floor one day and made everyone take down and put away all of their personal effects and photos... everything except our calendars. It made some people cry. Unbelievable. The senior manager over INVO used to randomly slam her hands down on tables during meetings, scaring the crap out of people and held up raises for employees that did not kiss her rear end. She also worked all of her middle managers and department seniors to death with constant overtime with no o.t. pay because all were salaried exempt. Constant tension and burnout with lots of turnover. Pay was garbage for all but upper mangement with bare minimum benefits. They were also super resistant to letting people work remote during the pandemic and only allowed it for some people part of the time.

Pros

I've been here a year and it's been great. I've had great people to work with. It's one of the better office jobs I've worked in.

Cons

If you don't like corporate office life, this isn't for you. That's not a con in of itself but it is a turn off for some people. There is a high learning curve for new people that can be difficult at first.

Pros

Competitive Pay Benefits Team commraderie Varied workload

Cons

Micromanaging "Rules for thee, not for me" (controller and accounting manager) Infighting among owners (father and sons) Dick-swinging contests between upper management (CFO and VP) Abuse from upper management (verbal with physical threats) HR has no avenues for discipline when presented with reports of abuse to employees.
