Flexible hours and no micromanaging, but poor communication - Medical Assistant INcompass Healthcare Employee Review

The works is rewarding, when a family thrives and makes positive strides to bettering their life and situation. The IFS Supervisor was outstanding. My best boss ever. She led the team with empathy, grace, and compassion, always there to provide support when needed. The work/life balance was excellent. Plenty of PTO to recharge your batteries, plus a three-day weekend every week, was a plus.

The pay is not what it should be for the type of work. The paperwork can be challenging if you do not keep on top of it.

The people I worked with, nothing else

Everything, this is the most money hungry, non caring place I have ever worked at. They only care about upper management and giving them raises, but not the employees who actually care for the patients everyday. Everything is all about money and grants, not actual patient care. I worked there for over 5 years and it used to be a caring place, but over the last 3.5 years it’s gotten worse.
