      Low salary, Network infrastructure has not been expanded during last five years because of sanctions hence there is no room for learning new things. New technologies like Cisco zero trust is not going to be leveraged because there is doesn't make sense for top management.

      Pros

      I have a reasonable position and recieve good salary and also my work hours is so appropriate. I have a good relationship with my colleagues.

      Cons

      Actualy there is no important downsize to be metioned. I just want to experience living and working abroad and try getting along with some foriegn companies to get more experienced. I'm so eager to challenge my skills in another country and Turkey can be a great option to me. It's so close to my home country and is absolutely full of new adventures.
