Pros
A good portion of the worker employees are good people and are good to work with. Good bonds created between employees. Company would have a lot of potential if it was run by a good team. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Good compensation and benefits.
Cons
Where do I start? First upper management is untrustworthy. Scarily so. Too many managers, directors, vice-presidents and chiefs. Don't believe the "we are one big family" scam. It is all a facade. Upper management does not listen to the skilled experienced employees when they try to explain the problems the plane/systems have. Upper management is paranoid that there company ideas will be comprised. They design and provide sub-standard products to their customers without testing them properly. They are using systems outside their safety margin. The company treats their suppliers horribly and keep constantly changing them because the suppliers refuse to work with them. None of the major US weapon manufacturers will work with them, i.e. Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Boeing or Northrop. That is why they are trying to put foreign (Turkish) weapons on their new platform. And speaking of a new platform, why did they go from the Air Tractor AT-802 to the Thrush T660 when the Air Tractor is the improved version of the Thrush? Now they call it a Block 3 BPA when it is a completely different plane. Why is their first customer donating the "Block 1" versions to other countries after having the planes for <5 years?
