Terrible Anti Employee Company With a Bleak Future - 3D Visualizer IOMEDIA Employee Review

Best internship experience I have ever had. The leadership, management, and teamwork skills that I learnt and experienced over this internship really gave me a better understanding of how a work place is run correctly. They are a great company driven by excellence and leadership as well as incredible team atmosphere that really promotes a great work environment.

I had no negative experiences

This is an interesting company to work for. They have two major sides of the business - a healthcare agency and a sports software business. They are pretty different businesses so there isn't much cross over of employees and jobs. -great people all around -great offices -great benefits -great creative -great ideas and solutions for clients -great opportunities for young digital skill sets -great opportunities if you can handle them -pretty open environment -good morale with co-workers

Overall it's a good place. The only major is con is some of the middle managers are a bit weak which can cause some pain at times. There are some dead weight people (but good hearted) positions and unfortunately a few looney tunes that get churned up from other healthcare agencies that knew better and shed these folks. Not sure why they get hired but it's not my call. It's seems that management is loyal to a fault at times and doesn't cut fast enough. Senior management does their best to maximize their opportunities and run a growing company. What is frustrating is that some of the reviews on here are so clearly bitter ex employees who didn't have it here or at their former jobs. So many cheap shots at decent people who gave them a good job and a solid opportunity to begin with. Notice how they all complain about being let go? It's amazing how none of them have any of that to say when they were here and that they were perfectly happy coming here everyday.
