Pros
They’ll take about anybody, ET card not needed to work for them so if you’re not certified or are looking for your first electrical job they will hire you in a heart beat.
Cons
There station is in Placentia, CA and If you like driving then this is the job for you, jobs are all over Southern California from Glendora, to San Clemente to Yucaipa Valley to Hesperia, it’s ridiculous. Leads are unwilling to teach and a lot of times apprentices spend there time at the shop going out to inspections, or just cleaning up and running a single ground wire. Overall I highly do not recommend working for them, the pay is terrible and there’s not much room for growth or improvement since the job is highly repetitive and there’s very little personnel since it’s a small company therefore you can’t truly advance in this company.
