      No pros at all Just they will give you hike one time only

      Firing without prior information and no data to showcase why they are firing you Company politics , very bad management , they will fire you and you will not get your FNF amount on time , you have to chase HR , finance team to get that amount Very bad HR ( they donot know how to speak with employees) same problem with finance team Favouritism by the managers ( they save their core members and fire other hard working member) Do not join this organisation ,I repeat DO NOT JOIN this organisation

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
