There are many and trying to summarize some key aspects:- - Varied work responsibilities that never let you get bored. I have been with ION more than 10 years now and still finding various opportunities to keep energize my-self - You have opportunity to contribute in end to end product life cycle and see how your work is being used by customers. - You always have something more to explore if you are passionate to contribute to company’s success - Company has open culture and people up in the hierarchy are very much reachable to listen your problems and suggestions - Collaboration within or across department is encouraged very much - Last but not the least, good and steady growth in compensation It is an excellent work place who believes in working as partner in company success rather just employees.
Cons
Information flow from senior management has not always great. It always help team to align with company strategy and putting best efforts if company keeps senior employees aware about goals and challenges being faced by company in achieving them. There have been continuous efforts to improve the communication from senior management so I am positive that situation would continuously improve in future.
