They'll woo you with travel opportunities and a "training" experience as part of the grad program but don't expect the special treatment to continue.
Cons
Majority of managers still haven't bought into the program and are reluctant to train new hires that will leave in 6 months. There's an expectation that analysts can fix any problem that even senior management doesn't know how to handle. Countless broken promises like having a mentor, getting transparent feedback, getting the team you want. New grads beware! The negative reviews on here aren't just for acquisitions.
