      Pros

      Great product and customers, and still some very talented people left. Unfortunately the entire organisation and culture is strangled by the psychopath at the top.

      Cons

      The man in charge - Andrea Pignataro. All that is bad about ION is caused by the culture he has intentionally created.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
