Pros
Work Life Balance is valued and imbibed in ION's culture. I doubt if anyone is too stressed here. Learning of freshers matters here a lot. Employees get free subscription to an edtech platform
Cons
Other than work Life Balance, rest of the culture and experience of employees varies team to team. Some teams and managers are empathetic while some aren't. Employee satisfaction might not be good as other work there are a few or no employee engagement or team building events. There are not much additional perks. Not even transport.
