Much better jobs out there - avoid ION!! - Senior Commercial Analyst ION Group Employee Review

Severe micromanagement. Management don’t respect staff at all and are so rude. Never a please or thank you in my time there. Overtime is the norm, management don’t care about work life balance. Clients not happy with services ION are providing and there is a lot of migration. ION treat their staff as well as they treat their customers, which is absolutely terrible. There are much better places to work out there, avoid going to ION if you can. Also no paid maternity or sick leave in Dublin. Avoid !!
