Cons
CEO and CFO are horrible managers. I can't even call them leaders as that would imply people follow them willingly. They will stab you in the back quicker than look at you. There is a huge amount of micro management andeverything is a fire drill. They want everything NOW. Their internal processes are ridiculously poor and the CEO and CFO are both among the worst bullies I've come across. There is next to zero respect for boundaries and long hours are a must. Mid December 2023, Senior Management sent a short, curt email demanding everyone work from the office 5 days a week starting 1 January 2024. The place is run on emotion, usually very negative emotion. Steer well clear of ION.
