      noone notices if u take a day or even week off as a manager, so good work life balance

      Cons

      C level thinks they are top tier, but they re not. No leadership, no strategy. Even CEO cant make decisions without approval from the owner.

      Pros

      Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

      Cons

      No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
