      Very less in-house R&D for new innovative products, New technology software mostly acquired and end up with minor enhancements or support for most of the products in the company

      Good opportunity to step into leadership because they're firing everyone

      Cons

      Comp scheduled for April likely isn't coming until Autumn according to people in the know and everyone will still be underpaid after that. Pitiful company.
