Pros

Good pay scale, nice office

Cons

- Declining Culture - Used to be good place to work pre 2023 ... now seems to be a very different toxic place. - Lack of Accountability: Employees often suffer due to managerial inefficiencies. If you try to raise concerns about unfair treatment or exploitation, you’re likely to be labeled as “incompetent” or “negative,” rather than being heard. Favouritism & Poor Leadership: Many individuals in leadership roles seem to have advanced not because of merit, but due to their ability to manipulate and align closely with upper management. There is a noticeable lack of empathy towards junior employees. Sudden Layoffs: The company has recently initiated layoffs without prior notice, showing little regard or compassion for affected employees. Outdated Mindset: The management has now started operating with a service-based, time-tracking mentality. Productivity is measured by hours spent in the office rather than outcomes or efficiency. Inequality in office policies in Indian and UK/US offices. Discourages Questions: There is a top-down culture where questioning decisions or suggesting improvements is frowned upon. Employees are expected to follow directives without raising concerns.

Pros

Great view from the NYC office. Had a great team which is why I stayed so long (over 12 years).

Cons

No direction, no transparency, no communication from leadership, bonuses cut, and now mass layoffs.
