      Pros

      Salary was one of the Pros once. Bit now nothing is good.Indian Head Sanjay Chikara has made Indian offices a joke.

      Cons

      Superb level firing is on. 200+ people are getting fired in July and August 2025. LDPs please don't join ION now. They will spoil your career. Don't fall for the salary that they offer. They will hire you and then fire you in next 2 years leaving you of nowhere. The environment in the organization is not good at all. Only Indians are being made slaves. Other countries colleagues have full WFH. Indian head says you don't need increments. Nothing is running good here now.

      Pros

      I get to work from home and have a grand-fathered in unlimited PTO policy. And that's about it.

      Cons

      RUN. This is just a horrible company to work for. Either you are living in constant fear of being fired or you are so overworked you feel like you have to work 60 hours a week just to do the bare minimum. The CEO, Andrea, is just gutting everything, doing mass layoffs over and over again. He has no clear visit for the company, goal posts keep changing, and everyone is setup to fail.
