Pros
- Flexible work schedule
- Good health benefits
- Chance to work with brilliant engineers on bleeding edge technology
Cons
- Board members poorly manage funds and resources, and employees were punished for this
- Board members do not have a good grasp on computer hardware, and don't understand what's feasible and what isn't, was tasked with a project that was destined to fail and punished for it. One of them has a PHD as a medical doctor, and not in engineering, which really makes you question the judgement of the leaders of the company
- Engineering without being physically near people is tough
- Many employees are from other countries/across the Atlantic, so time schedules don't meet up well
