      Exceptional people all around, everyone willing to help out and go above and beyond. Opportunities to see and work on some of the most exciting scientific start-ups you'll ever hear of. Extremely strong sense of purpose and the opportunity to work on things that align with your life's mission.

      Cons

      Progress is by default, not by design. Decisions tend to be slow and ambiguous.

      Flexible working, friendly people, interesting work.

      Cons

      Lack of strategic direction from management / some poor (and very slow) decision making. Not a great track record.
