Pros

Free drinks and stale popcorn. Provides the opportunity to work for influential corporations and develop skills within the tech industry. The benefits are quite good and working off site can be an option in necessary circumstances. Good career starter.

Cons

Many projects are repetitive type work: Queue work, data entry, etc. Many projects are also of legacy type with little innovation. A few projects have potential to offer skill growth opportunities if you're able to take initiative and self train. The management structure is extremely flat with little to no room for career advancement. Pay rates are lower than industry standards. Pushing back on management is not recommended. Just be a "Yes" man and you'll get by fine.

Thank you for your review. We love our fridges stocked with free drinks! In addition to free popcorn, it’s also common to find snacks and other goodies left out on the counter for all to enjoy. We work hard to ensure our employees are comfortable and happy. You are correct that IPS had a rather flat management structure in the past. However, we’ve experienced significant growth over the last few years and our management team has grown from a small team of seven to a team of 18. As our work continues to grow and expand, additional opportunities for career advancement will be offered to our employees. Thanks again for your review!
