      Pros

      Work culture is good. Opportunity to learn new technologies is never a problem. Get to work with domain experts. Not knowing the local is not a problem, coz they speak to you in good english.

      Cons

      Difficult to change your profile, as the company is dependent heavily on clients.

      Very good internal teams Culture is really good Does not operate like a consultancy

      Cons

      It is customer based and does not sell a project, but an engineering solution, and hence there may be some uncertainty at times.

      Small consultancy on an industrial estate - best suited for locals (i.e. Benelux).
