Good environment, flexible schedule, a lot of opportunities for growth

Pay is lower than most internships, especially in NYC

ok-ish pay, lots of paid holidays, some flexibility depending on your manager

HR fights against the employees; 85% of employees would rather WFH full time (they gave us a survey) but despite this we were made to work a hybrid schedule when the other office had the choice to come in or WFH
