Pros

Excellent peers, senior members and the teams based outside India. They value your time and have created a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Cons

The night shift experience here is poorly managed compared to competitors. There is no flexibility, even when tasks are completed early, or when clients away. Employees are required to stay on-site regardless of workload, which adds unnecessary stress. I return home when the sun's out and working night shifts over extended periods is causing me sleep disorders and stress. Unfortunately, management has made things worse with rigid policies, offering little support for employees to maintain their well-being. Although the office has not become fully operational yet, employees have already been asked to work from the premises at night. The absence of designated desks has created confusion on the floor, especially during shift overlaps, resulting in a chaotic work environment. The cafeteria doesn't provide subsidized meals, increasing employees’ daily expenses. The night shift allowance is ₹200 per night, which is the lowest among the competitors and is for those working from the office. To make matters worse, the allowance payments for August have still not been processed. Several ongoing issues make me undervalued. The way Pune office is treating its staff is dehumanizing and is disheartening because the folks who are here are quite talented are helpful.
