The salary is simply awful I had a promotion this year that resulted in 1K increase on my annual salary, there seems to be no opportunity for further progression Management tend to not be supportive, within my first 2 months I was left to support myself The level of work I’m doing is far beyond my job role with no recognition or increased pay
