      Good compensation, interesting technology that does something in the real world.

      Cons

      Management is very detached from the experience of regular employees. Career growth is largely impossible. You have to leave to move up.

      So far I like the team I’m in, the leader is nice and willing to give the credit for your work. The best team I ever stayed.

      Maybe onsite requirement is not that convenient for people live far away
