      Pros

      Fast-paced, innovative company. A lot of excitement internally about how we're disrupting the industry. Everyone is connected to all parts of the business and it keep everyone very engaged.

      Cons

      As with any startup - there's a lot of work to do (with that comes with a lot of rewards too!)

      Flexibility, solid workload, friendly staff.

      Cons

      Interns aren't paid, at least for their first semester of work. Work can be repetitive and boring.
